What you will do

• Perform pre-migration ledger assessments to identify financial, regulatory, or data integrity risks immediately post-acquisition.
• Clean, reconcile, and migrate legacy CRM data (e.g., Reapit, Jupix, Alto, Vebra) into the platform with a full audit trail.
• Produce combined tax summary deliverables for landlords suitable for self-assessment and MTD for ITSA reporting.
• Collaborate as a subject matter expert with Product and Engineering teams to define mapping logic and automate validation checks.
• Codify integration processes into reusable templates, SOPs, and operational playbooks to scale the function.
• Travel extensively across the UK to provide hands-on support and engagement during the integration phase.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven track record in regulated client money or multi-party money flow reconciliation (e.g., Fintech, Big 4 audit, or transaction services).
• Expert-level Excel skills (non-negotiable) and proficiency or willingness to learn SQL.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with an ownership mindset.
• Willingness to travel to acquired agencies across the UK at short notice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
