Salary: $78,750 - $115,500

What you will do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for diverse functions including engineering, sales, marketing, IT, finance, and operations.
- Partner with hiring managers and the People Team to align on workforce needs and long-term talent strategies.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build strong candidate pipelines via networking, referrals, and social platforms.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Evolve internship and early talent programs to foster professional development and secure a future talent pipeline.
- Optimize recruiting workflows and operational efficiency using AI tools, automation, and data insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and professional roles.
- Must be willing to work in a hybrid model from Novi (MI), Richardson (TX), Carlsbad (CA), or Northridge (CA).
- Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of recruiting best practices, employment laws, and hiring compliance.
Nice to have
- Experience with Workday and/or Avature.
- Background in university recruiting or early talent programs.
- Exposure to employer branding, talent marketing, or candidate engagement initiatives.
- Experience recruiting within consumer technology or highly matrixed organizations.
