Salary: $155,500 - $230,500 USD per year

What you will do
- Lead a team of Account Executives to foster an environment of success and exceed revenue targets.
- Participate in customer and prospect meetings to drive meaningful relationships.
- Manage hiring, onboarding, and continual training and career growth for team members.
- Shape and develop sales processes and strategic initiatives to scale the business.
- Deliver weekly forecasts and advise the team on strategies to hit their goals.
Requirements
- 7+ years of SaaS sales experience.
- 2+ years of experience managing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of technical products, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
- Exceptional coaching, communication, discovery, and presentation skills.
- Must be based in the United States.
