What you will do
- Direct and mentor a globally distributed, high-performing engineering organization.
- Drive the execution of AI-first systems, including Agentic oversight and voice-directed product features.
- Partner with product leadership to define and deliver a vision for field service operations.
- Implement engineering management best practices across a complex, matrixed global structure.
- Oversee architecture, delivery, and technical strategy for large-scale enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Recruit and retain top-tier engineering talent while fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Requirements
- 12+ years of engineering leadership experience in building impactful software teams.
- 4+ years of experience in senior management (managing managers).
- Proven track record of leading large, globally distributed engineering organizations.
- Strong expertise in navigating complex organizational structures and driving collaborative results.
- Ability to strategize and deliver engineering goals under tight deadlines.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to have
- Experience building AI-first systems or integrating generative AI into enterprise products.
- Deep technical background in large-scale SaaS enterprise platforms.
- Experience driving architecture for offline-first mobile applications.
- Familiarity with workforce management or field service operations.
