What you will do

• Direct and mentor a globally distributed, high-performing engineering organization.
• Drive the execution of AI-first systems, including Agentic oversight and voice-directed product features.
• Partner with product leadership to define and deliver a vision for field service operations.
• Implement engineering management best practices across a complex, matrixed global structure.
• Oversee architecture, delivery, and technical strategy for large-scale enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Recruit and retain top-tier engineering talent while fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Requirements

• 12+ years of engineering leadership experience in building impactful software teams.
• 4+ years of experience in senior management (managing managers).
• Proven track record of leading large, globally distributed engineering organizations.
• Strong expertise in navigating complex organizational structures and driving collaborative results.
• Ability to strategize and deliver engineering goals under tight deadlines.
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience building AI-first systems or integrating generative AI into enterprise products.
• Deep technical background in large-scale SaaS enterprise platforms.
