Salary: $225,000 – $245,000 + variable & equity

What you will do
- Lead and coach a team of Solutions Engineers through weekly 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and individualized development plans.
- Partner with Strategic Sales leadership to align coverage with pipeline priorities and drive segment strategy.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership for strategic accounts, including discovery and solution design for deals exceeding $1M.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap and validate complex POC initiatives.
- Establish and scale technical best practices, discovery frameworks, and competitive enablement assets.
- Manage team capacity, utilization, and drive recruiting and onboarding efforts.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Deep expertise in Contact Center technologies, including Conversational AI, CCaaS platforms, and telephony infrastructure.
- Strong working knowledge of strategic platforms such as Salesforce, Google, and Amazon.
- Proven ability to coach teams through technical discovery, solution design, and complex sales cycles.
- Experience building mentoring frameworks that foster technical excellence and leadership readiness.
