Compensation: $197,849.00 - $276,987.90 (WA range)

What you will do
- Set the product vision and roadmap for the enterprise HR intelligence stack.
- Partner with HR functional leaders to translate business needs into scalable data products.
- Define the strategy for HR data architecture, including data modeling, system integrations, and the analytics semantic layer.
- Drive the development of AI-powered decision support tools for workforce planning and organizational health.
- Establish standards for data quality, governance, and sensitive data protection across HR platforms.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams (Data Engineering, HR Tech) and business stakeholders to ensure execution aligns with strategic goals.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management, data products, or analytics.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted refugee/asylee.
- Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams through structured thinking.
- Deep analytical fluency with data architecture, metrics frameworks, and model-driven products.
- Experience partnering with both technical engineering teams and business stakeholders.
- Track record of translating ambiguous business problems into structured product strategies.
Nice to have
- Experience building and scaling data platforms or AI-enabled tools in an enterprise environment.
- Background in HR technology, people analytics, or workforce intelligence.
- Familiarity with HCM platforms and data governance practices.
- Experience applying responsible AI principles in a people data context.
