Principal, Technical Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Define product strategy, technical design, and lifecycle management for a centralized enterprise AI platform.
• Drive adoption of the platform from sandbox experimentation through production across multiple business units.
• Bridge enterprise architecture, engineering, security, and governance teams by translating technical discussions into epics, stories, and executable engineering work.
• Define requirements for high-throughput, low-latency AI architectures that are scalable, secure, and cost-optimized.
• Establish operational processes, support models, rules of engagement, and governance frameworks for safe enterprise adoption.
• Oversee integration of modern AI and agentic frameworks, including Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot, to automate enterprise workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of combined technical experience in Technical Product Management, Software Engineering, or AI Research.
• Proven record of shipping platform-level products and influencing executive leaders and technical engineering teams without direct authority.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI tools, agentic AI concepts, and vector databases.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and distributed training infrastructure such as Kubernetes, Slurm, and GPU/TPU orchestration.
• Experience with agile methodologies, Jira backlog management, and coordinating dependencies across multiple engineering teams.
