What you will do

• Own vision and lifecycle management for core AI products, turning technical design and corporate strategy into executable product roadmaps.
• Act as the technical bridge across AI Research, Engineering, Data Platforms, Security, and Product to ship AI capabilities.
• Drive requirements for high-throughput, low-latency AI architectures that are scalable, secure, and cost-optimized.
• Oversee continuous benchmarking, fine-tuning, and upgrading of models and agent frameworks to maintain market leadership.
• Resolve highly ambiguous AI challenges, including system bottlenecks, alignment issues, and infrastructure constraints.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 7+ years of deep technical experience across Technical Product Management, Software Engineering, or AI Research, with a track record of shipping platform-level products.
• Advanced knowledge of the modern AI stack (e.g., vector databases, LangChain/LlamaIndex, vLLM, Hugging Face, Triton Inference Server).
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native ecosystems (AWS/GCP/Azure) and distributed training infrastructure (Kubernetes, Slurm, GPU/TPU orchestration).
• Deep understanding of Agile/XP and Lean Product Design applied to experimental R&D or platform engineering environments.
• Strong strategic thinking balancing cutting-edge AI experimentation with enterprise-grade reliability, safety, and compliance.
