TL;DR

SMB Account Executive (SaaS): Establishing relationships with prospective SMB clients across EMEA and APAC to drive growth and onboarding with an accent on consultative selling and C-level engagement. Focus on managing the full sales cycle, developing scalable territory strategies, and delivering technical product demonstrations.

Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Dublin, Ireland for on-site work on Wednesday and Thursday)

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to onboarding for SMB clients in EMEA and APAC.
  • Engage in business-level and technical conversations with C-level executives (CTO, COO, CFO).
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans and quarterly victory plans to consistently achieve or exceed quotas.
  • Deliver persuasive product demonstrations and presentations to Economic Buyers.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and update opportunities regularly within Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to share market insights and customer needs.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of relevant experience in sales, business development, or account management within the software or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of outstanding sales success.
  • Ability to work on-site at the Dublin, Ireland office every Wednesday and Thursday.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and professional telephone presence.

  • Experience selling specifically to Learning & Development, IT, and Creative decision-makers.
