What you will do

  • Build and manage a growing portfolio of new SMB accounts across industries to meet revenue goals.
  • Identify business opportunities where conversational AI drives engagement, automation, or efficiency.
  • Develop deep understanding of conversational AI landscape, customer use cases, competitors, and trends.
  • Demonstrate hirify.global voice technology value for customer support, virtual agents, in-app assistants, and more.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of sales experience in SaaS or technology, ideally AI, generative AI, LLM, or API platforms
  • Experience selling to product, engineering, or innovation teams (strong plus).
  • Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales targets in fast-paced environments.
  • Expertise or strong willingness to learn voice and audio AI solutions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all organizational levels.
  • Fluency in English and German with deep regional and cultural understanding
