What you will do
- Define and lead the enterprise payments vision, roadmap, and investment priorities across all payment rails.
- Drive governance and guide critical decisions regarding prioritization, funding, sequencing, and trade-offs.
- Accelerate transformation by advancing modernization and innovation across payments capabilities.
- Lead product strategy, pricing, and lifecycle execution for ACH, wires, cards, and emerging rails.
- Partner across lines of business and collaborate with technology and operations to ensure seamless execution.
- Own payments risk and ensure alignment with regulatory expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12-15+ years of directly related experience in payments, treasury, financial services, or transaction banking.
- Extensive expertise in the payments domain, including practical experience with ACH, Wires, Cards, and RTP.
- Proven success in developing and executing enterprise-level product strategies and roadmaps in banking.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
- Deep understanding of payments technology architecture and delivery constraints.
