What you will do
- Own Payments product strategy and roadmap, communicating product concepts, innovations, and progress to stakeholders.
- Translate market and customer needs into detailed product and market requirements using product management toolsets.
- Collaborate with Engineering and external payments partners on functional design documents and project schedules.
- Drive product performance reporting and analytics using tools such as Tableau and Pendo.
- Lead cross-functional coordination for new product launches and provide regular business updates to executives and senior leadership.
- Support go-to-market by engaging customers/partners for insights and creating sales enablement materials (e.g., ROI calculators, demos, battle cards) for Sales and Education teams.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree (required) or Masterβs degree (preferred) in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of product management and delivery experience, including 5+ years specifically with Payments solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of payments processing, preferably in B2B.
- 5+ years in a management role combining business acumen and technical expertise.
- Experience working in a growth company environment and leading large-scale software development projects.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a self-driven approach to achieving realistic goals.
