What you will do

• Research and analyze marketplace data of vendors, manufacturers, and suppliers to provide business recommendations.
• Negotiate contract elements, including pricing, lead times, and terms and conditions.
• Manage supplier performance by monitoring metrics and administering corrective action plans.
• Prepare, distribute, and award RFQ blankets and maintain purchasing database pricing.
• Develop inventory and supply chain strategies to maintain high material availability at the lowest cost.
• Act as the primary contact and alliance manager for outside suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Associates’ Degree required; Bachelors Degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of related work experience.
• Must be a US applicant.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., Citrix, MAPS, PassPort, E-max).
• Strong skills in contract negotiation, performance management, and vendor management.
• Ability to build consensus, manage conflict, and communicate effectively.
