What you will do
- Lead the Demand Planning process for assigned product categories across LATAM markets, aligning commercial strategy with operational capabilities.
- Facilitate cross-functional Demand Review and S&OP discussions with Sales, Marketing, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain teams.
- Oversee the development and alignment of demand plans with business objectives, portfolio strategies, and promotional initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate demand planning performance via KPIs such as Forecast Variance, Bias, and Value Add.
- Coach, mentor, and develop the Demand Planning team to foster a high-performance, collaborative environment.
- Drive standardization, automation, and process optimization initiatives to improve visibility and decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or S&OP, preferably in consumer goods or retail.
- Proven experience leading Demand Planning and S&OP processes in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing and coaching teams.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Anaplan, SAP APO/IBP, or Blue Yonder is strongly preferred.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- APICS or similar supply chain certification.
