What you will do

• Identify and evaluate suppliers across EMEA based on cost, quality, and compliance.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and commercial terms within established frameworks.
• Manage purchase orders for direct and indirect materials using MRP recommendations.
• Analyze demand trends and historical data to adjust ordering strategies.
• Maintain inventory levels within defined targets while minimizing obsolete stock.
• Proactively manage supply chain risks, including logistics disruptions and capacity constraints.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in Spain without visa sponsorship.
• 3+ years of experience in procurement, buying, or planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Solid understanding of BOMs, lead times, and manufacturing constraints.
• Ability to manage dynamic priorities and resolve supply issues independently.

Nice to have

• Experience working with EMEA suppliers or cross-border supply chains.
• Multilingual capabilities.
• Professional procurement certifications such as APICS, ISM, or APS.
