Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $55,000 - $90,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for K-12 school partners to implement hirify.global programs.
  • Drive partner activation, successful implementation, and long-term retention through relationship-building.
  • Identify and close cross-sell and upsell opportunities rooted in partner needs and value.
  • Utilize Partner Health Scores and dashboards to monitor engagement and inform strategy.
  • Provide expert support, responding to technical questions and growing the library of teacher/student resources.
  • Conduct regular Zoom meetings, phone calls, and occasional in-person visits to partner schools.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Passion for the company's mission to help people pray.
  • Proven ability to persuade and re-engage skeptical partners using stories and data.
  • Experience establishing measurable impact targets and tracking progress with discipline.
  • Excellent documentation skills and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • High tech-literacy and experience collaborating across Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in a customer success or customer operations role.
  • Experience working with Catholic K-12 schools or similar faith-based educational institutions.
