What you will do
- Drive successful contract renewals to ensure long-term customer value and recurring revenue.
- Develop and execute strategies to promote expansion and growth opportunities within the existing customer base.
- Partner with key stakeholders to create comprehensive account strategies.
- Create accurate and timely renewal and expansion forecasts to support business planning.
- Maintain clear communication with senior leadership regarding account activity and win-loss analysis.
- Build strong, collaborative partnerships with key decision-makers as a trusted advisor.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B account management or a similar sales role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and value proposition articulation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client rapport.
- Experience with strategic planning and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with forecasting techniques.
