B2B Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager (EdTech): Building and owning customer lifecycle programs for school and district partners with an accent on onboarding, engagement, and renewal. Focus on executing integrated campaigns to drive B2B acquisition, lead generation, and product adoption.

Location: Must be based in Continental US, Hawaii, or Canada; Hybrid option available in Mountain View, CA

Salary: $96,800 - $108,900 USD (US) / $130,807 - $147,158 CAD (Canada)

What you will do

  • Own and execute B2B customer lifecycle programs including onboarding, engagement, renewal, and expansion for school district leaders.
  • Develop lifecycle communications via email, newsletters, and in-product touchpoints to deliver relevant messages to administrators.
  • Create and refresh campaign content highlighting product updates, impact stories, and best practices to drive adoption.
  • Partner with Sales and Services to support renewal and expansion efforts through targeted campaigns and enablement materials.
  • Execute top-of-funnel B2B acquisition campaigns in partnership with Product Marketing Managers to generate leads.
  • Develop sales enablement assets and coordinate marketing for key B2B events and conferences.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B, education, or SaaS environments.
  • Strong copywriting skills with a track record of creating conversion-oriented copy for emails and sales materials.
  • Experience supporting acquisition and engagement efforts through integrated marketing or lifecycle programs.
  • Ability to work independently as an individual contributor and deliver results on short timelines.
  • Must be based in Continental US, Hawaii, or Canada.
  • Strong communication and project management skills for managing multiple stakeholders.

  • District leadership or classroom teaching experience.
