Salary: $118,010 - $176,800 per annum

What you will do

  • Lead debug and characterization of new ASIC product tests and IPs.
  • Develop test strategies and plans for advanced ASIC products.
  • Analyze volume data and perform lab experiments to solve yield and test problems on the production floor.
  • Optimize production test screen specifications and lead test time reduction efforts.
  • Define manufacturing specifications for Wafer Sort, Final Test, and System Level Test.
  • Collaborate with ASIC Design, Applications, and Test Engineering teams to enhance yield and test methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 5-10 years of professional experience (or Master's/PhD with 3-5 years).
  • Strong background in ATE testing on Advantest Ultraflex, Teradyne, or other modern proprietary systems.
  • Experience in DFT/DFM and high-speed digital testing.
  • Extensive skills in data analysis and problem-solving.
  • Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.

  • Experience with Mixed Signal testing.
