What you will do

• Develop ATE test programs for high-power networking switches with high-speed SERDES (>100G).
• Drive test hardware development, collaborating with PCB designers and socket/probe vendors.
• Debug and bring up test hardware on ATE platforms.
• Optimize test programs to reduce test time and improve yield without impacting quality.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design Engineers.
• Coordinate with production teams in Asia to release and manage test programs.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Teradyne UltraFlex tester platforms.
• Ability to independently develop complex test flows for chip performance and power consumption.
• Strong skills in debugging and troubleshooting failure mechanisms.
• Proficiency in volume data analysis and programming for test method development.
• Experience with extreme temperature testing of ASICs at ATE.
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience, or Master's degree with 6+ years of experience.
