Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Madrid, or Munich

What you will do

  • Serve as a trusted AI advisor to executive leaders at Fortune 500 companies to champion value delivery.
  • Translate biopharma business challenges into AI solutions that achieve measurable business value.
  • Coordinate account efforts and partner with Account Executives to drive renewals and expansion.
  • Build and sustain C-level relationships and embed AI into corporate governance and performance discussions.
  • Provide industry authority internally to align product evolution and positioning with Pharma sector priorities.
  • Orchestrate customer engagement to identify, document, and track quantifiable ROAI.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in the Pharma industry with deep understanding of industry economics and executive governance.
  • Proven track record working with Fortune 500 Pharma clients.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to build lasting C-level relationships.
  • Clear accountability for value realization and measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in complex enterprise environments.
  • Extreme ownership mindset regarding account growth and value delivery.

Nice to have

  • Background in strategy consulting or customer success.
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical R&D, portfolio strategy, and/or business development.
  • MBA or other related academic experience.
  • AI-savvy mindset with experience applying AI to solve real-world business challenges.
  • Exposure to enterprise SaaS environments.
