What you will do

  • Architect and design automated self-upsell workflows for small accounts.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8 international Account Executives.
  • Partner with Growth, Marketing, and Tech Ops to implement AI-driven revenue strategies.
  • Analyze sales performance using tools like HubSpot, Modjo, and Aircall to eliminate bottlenecks.
  • Drive key sales KPIs including Win Rates, ARPU, and multi-product penetration.
  • Transition the team from volume-based sales to high-value closing.

Requirements

  • Native-level or professional fluency in English and Spanish required.
  • Proven experience leading SaaS sales teams in high-volume environments.
  • Strong understanding of AI and automation (GPT-based workflows, CRM triggers) to drive revenue.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders like Revenue Ops and Marketing.
  • Resilient leadership style with a focus on structure, accountability, and process improvement.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Barcelona, Spain.
