What you will do

• Lead the development and delivery of the Consulting strategic plan and growth strategy to meet financial targets.
• Own and drive business development through pipeline generation, strategic account growth, and conversion of new opportunities.
• Provide senior strategic counsel to clients on developing and implementing impactful medical affairs strategies.
• Maintain full financial accountability for the Consulting function, including P&L, revenue growth, and budget management.
• Manage and develop a high-performing global consulting team across the UK, US, and Japan.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across Inizio to deliver integrated client solutions.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in life sciences or a related discipline.
• Proven experience leading a consulting practice or business unit.
• Substantial experience in a consultancy setting supporting pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients, specifically in medical affairs.
• Demonstrated success in business development and senior-level client engagement.
• Expertise in financial management and ownership of profitability targets.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams within matrixed organizations.
