What you will do

• Oversee and manage complex consulting engagements from initiation to completion.
• Mentor and provide constructive feedback to Managers and Senior Managers.
• Build and foster strong, long-term client relationships as the primary point of contact.
• Drive business development efforts by originating new clients and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
• Develop frameworks and assets to enhance the service line's knowledge base.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and accurate financial management of engagements.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of consulting experience and 10+ years of healthcare industry experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven ability to lead business development and maintain executive presence.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with an aptitude for critical thinking.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant industry software.
