What you will do

• Schedule and facilitate one-on-one meetings with school leaders through outreach and personal networking.
• Advise principals and teachers on using hirify.global to support parent communication and positive school culture.
• Conduct teacher-facing presentations to introduce the platform and drive sign-ups.
• Attend regional education events, resource fairs, and principal association meetings.
• Track and report on key activity metrics, including visits completed and teacher sign-ups.
• Collaborate with the mentor community to accelerate relationship-building within the assigned market.

Requirements

• Former school principal, assistant superintendent, instructional coach, or education leader.
• Deep, active personal network among school leaders and district administrators in one of the priority US markets.
• Strong presentation skills with experience leading professional development or faculty meetings.
• Self-starter capable of managing outreach and field logistics independently.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally 3+ days per week.
• Comfort with a performance-based compensation structure tied to measurable outcomes.

Nice to have

• Recently retired principal or head of a local principal association.
• Prior experience in Community Engagement, School Partnerships, or field sales at an education company.
