Compensation: $24,000–$30,000 (on-target earnings for a 5-month engagement)

What you will do
- Schedule and facilitate one-on-one meetings with school leaders through outreach and personal networking.
- Advise principals and teachers on using to support parent communication and positive school culture.
- Conduct teacher-facing presentations to introduce the platform and drive sign-ups.
- Attend regional education events, resource fairs, and principal association meetings.
- Track and report on key activity metrics, including visits completed and teacher sign-ups.
- Collaborate with the mentor community to accelerate relationship-building within the assigned market.
Requirements
- Former school principal, assistant superintendent, instructional coach, or education leader.
- Deep, active personal network among school leaders and district administrators in one of the priority US markets.
- Strong presentation skills with experience leading professional development or faculty meetings.
- Self-starter capable of managing outreach and field logistics independently.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally 3+ days per week.
- Comfort with a performance-based compensation structure tied to measurable outcomes.
Nice to have
- Recently retired principal or head of a local principal association.
- Prior experience in Community Engagement, School Partnerships, or field sales at an education company.
- Existing familiarity with as a teacher, administrator, or parent.
- Connections to regional education conferences or back-to-school event organizers.
