What you will do

• Identify and introduce qualified contacts from your professional network to hirify.global.
• Provide warm introductions to key decision-makers at the VP level and above.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine target profiles and introduction strategies.
• Participate in periodic check-ins and activation campaigns.
• Share industry context to help the team tailor their outreach approach.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in leadership, advisory, or consulting roles.
• Professional profile of C-level, VP, Director, or senior consultant.
• Active network of decision-makers across enterprise or high-growth organizations.
• Strong reputation and credibility within your industry.
• English: Mandatory.
• Entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset.
