TL;DR

Business Development Representative (AI): Driving pipeline generation for an AI-powered time capture platform for professional services firms with an accent on strategic outbound outreach and account research. Focus on building high-quality lead pipelines, executing multi-channel prospecting, and collaborating with Account Executives to close deals.

Location: On-site in New York, NY or London, UK. Not able to support visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.

Salary: $120K – $160K + Equity

What you will do

  • Execute multi-channel outbound outreach to open doors at new accounts and markets.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
  • Research target accounts to deliver personalized, consultative, and relationship-based prospecting.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to build account strategies and territory plans.
  • Contribute to the sales playbook, frameworks, messaging, and scaling processes.
  • Master the sales stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, and Nooks.

Requirements

  • Must be based in New York, NY or London, UK.
  • No visa sponsorship or relocation assistance provided.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong bias toward action and resilience.
  • Experience with creative, strategic, and highly personalized outbound prospecting.
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-moving, high-growth environment.
  • Strong ownership and a collaborative approach to driving pipeline.

Nice to have

  • Experience in tech sales, recruiting, real estate, or other revenue-generating roles.
  • Proven track record in an outbound or inbound sales development role.
  • Experience supporting legal, professional services, or other complex industries.
