What you will do

  • Respond to and qualify inbound leads from web, events, and campaigns.
  • Engage prospects via email, phone, and social channels to identify business challenges and goals.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to assess fit, urgency, and buying intent.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate interaction records within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and optimize campaign performance.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in an SDR, MDR, or customer-facing role (SaaS experience preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-first mindset with the ability to ask thoughtful, probing questions.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Must be based in the New York Office.
