Location: Hybrid — 3 days a week in the San Francisco office

Salary: $140k - $180k + equity

What you will do

  • Scale paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Reddit by writing copy and optimizing testing cadences.
  • Own technical SEO and AEO as the primary day-to-day owner of the company's strongest acquisition channel.
  • Design and run experiments on landing pages, paid creative, and funnel tests to identify new growth bets.
  • Build and structure demand generation programs, sharing learnings and results with sales and the wider team.
  • Collaborate with leadership to determine future investment areas and execute growth strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in growth or demand generation at early-stage B2B companies.
  • Hands-on ownership of at least one key area: paid media, SEO/AEO, lifecycle, or experimentation.
  • Technical proficiency with Search Console, tracking pixels, and automation tools like n8n or Zapier.
  • Ability to move fast, ship experiments rapidly, and operate as an individual contributor.
  • Strong written communication skills and a data-driven approach to pipeline and revenue.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco.

  • Experience working with developer tools or targeting technical buyers.
