What you will do
- Design and own people systems, workflows, and HRIS operational tooling.
- Build shared services and helpdesk infrastructure for employee support.
- Oversee onboarding and employee lifecycle operations.
- Develop operational analytics and reporting frameworks.
- Architect scalable operational processes to support global growth.
- Build and lead a dedicated People Operations team.
Requirements
- Deep experience in hypergrowth and scaling within tech environments.
- Proven track record of scaling People Ops for globally distributed teams.
- Strong systems thinking and operational design skills.
- Automation and AI-minded approach to HR operations.
- Ability to build operational foundations from zero-to-one.
- Must be based in Canada, the United States, or Europe
