What you will do

• Design and own people systems, workflows, and HRIS operational tooling.
• Build shared services and helpdesk infrastructure for employee support.
• Oversee onboarding and employee lifecycle operations.
• Develop operational analytics and reporting frameworks.
• Architect scalable operational processes to support global growth.
• Build and lead a dedicated People Operations team.

Requirements

• Deep experience in hypergrowth and scaling within tech environments.
• Proven track record of scaling People Ops for globally distributed teams.
• Strong systems thinking and operational design skills.
• Automation and AI-minded approach to HR operations.
• Ability to build operational foundations from zero-to-one.
• Must be based in Canada, the United States, or Europe
