What you will do

• Provide HR support by resolving employment queries, managing paperwork, and processing leave requests
• Coordinate with EORs, legal advisors, and immigration consultants to ensure local law compliance
• Set up new hiring locations adhering to local regulations
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy
• Arrange visas, work permits, and consult on immigration matters
• Support audits, tenders, compliance analysis, and policy implementation
• Develop internal knowledge base on employment law and policies

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in People Operations, Global Employment, or related fields
• B2+ English proficiency
• Expertise in official employment operations
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with providers
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail, adaptability, and consistency
• Ability to create clear policies and guides

Nice to have

• Background in Legal, Global Mobility, Tax, or Accounting
• Experience managing visa and work permit processes
• Experience cooperating with EORs
