What you will do

• Build and evolve mission-critical tools and systems for fleet orchestration.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and other engineering teams to develop processes as business needs evolve.
• Solve complex real-world problems including fleet optimization, workshop management, and efficient mileage gathering.
• Develop systems for field escalation handling and business-critical infrastructure.

Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of backend or infrastructure experience.
• Proficiency in backend coding languages: C++, Python, and Java.
• Must be able to work onsite in Mountain View or San Francisco, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience with C++ or a willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with Google infrastructure (e.g., Flume, Borg, Protocol Buffers, OnePlatform).
• Experience with operations tooling, developer productivity tools, or SRE/on-call.
• Passion for working in cross-functional environments with non-technical stakeholders.
