What you will do

• Manage the planning and execution of large, complex sales orders and operations programs.
• Coordinate across engineering, production, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure seamless product realization.
• Implement lean-principles and shift-left projects to improve productivity and reduce cycle times.
• Oversee capital expenditures and ensure gross margin goals are met or exceeded.
• Act as the primary point of contact for ramp execution and present progress to executive management.
• Travel up to 30% of the time to visit contract manufacturers and supplier sites.

Requirements

• BS degree in an Engineering Discipline (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).
• 12+ years of experience managing complex programs involving multiple disciplines.
• Hands-on experience with SAP.
• Strong understanding of lean-principles, TAKT time, and value stream analysis.
• Ability to manage risk in operations, supply chain, and system quality.
• Must be able to travel up to 30% of the time.
