TL;DR

Location: On-site in Akron, OH (5 days per week at client site)

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Executives, fostering a culture of accountability and improvement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned health system accounts, building relationships with CNOs, CMIOs, and COOs.
  • Lead enterprise implementations of AI solutions, ensuring alignment with clinical workflows and operational priorities.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to integrate customer insights into product evolution.
  • Define, track, and communicate client success metrics regarding clinical, operational, and financial impact.
  • Guide change management strategies to drive adoption across complex health system environments.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in healthcare, including 5+ years in customer-facing leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of leading teams that manage enterprise accounts in large provider organizations.
  • Deep knowledge of clinical workflows, operational processes, and care delivery models.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a startup or high-growth technology environment.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence clinical and operational leadership.
  • Must be based in Northeast, OH for 5 days per week onsite work.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI, digital health, or clinical decision support tools.
  • Background in consulting, health tech, or clinical operations transformation.
  • Prior exposure to healthcare regulatory, compliance, or data governance considerations.
