What you will do
- Lead and coach a team of 5–10 Activation reps to deliver exceptional onboarding experiences and hit key time-to-value targets.
- Define and operationalize the next-generation activation motion as the company expands its upper-market customer support.
- Partner with Sales (AEs), Customer Success (CSMs), and Product to create seamless handoffs and repeatable playbooks.
- Establish and track performance metrics, including activation rates, onboarding cycle time, and early churn signals.
- Design and refine onboarding frameworks, documentation, and enablement materials for the team.
- Collaborate with senior GTM leaders to forecast capacity needs and contribute to long-term organizational design.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of people management experience leading onboarding, implementation, or sales/account teams in B2B SaaS or fintech.
- Proven success in standing up or scaling a new motion or organization from the ground up.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, specifically between Sales and Customer Success.
- Proficiency in using data and operational metrics to diagnose issues and communicate recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Must be based in the United States.
