TL;DR

What you will do

  • Lead and coach a team of 5–10 Activation reps to deliver exceptional onboarding experiences and hit key time-to-value targets.
  • Define and operationalize the next-generation activation motion as the company expands its upper-market customer support.
  • Partner with Sales (AEs), Customer Success (CSMs), and Product to create seamless handoffs and repeatable playbooks.
  • Establish and track performance metrics, including activation rates, onboarding cycle time, and early churn signals.
  • Design and refine onboarding frameworks, documentation, and enablement materials for the team.
  • Collaborate with senior GTM leaders to forecast capacity needs and contribute to long-term organizational design.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of people management experience leading onboarding, implementation, or sales/account teams in B2B SaaS or fintech.
  • Proven success in standing up or scaling a new motion or organization from the ground up.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, specifically between Sales and Customer Success.
  • Proficiency in using data and operational metrics to diagnose issues and communicate recommendations.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • Must be based in the United States.
