TL;DR

Vice President, Professional Services (SaaS): Building the Professional Services function from the ground up, defining the delivery model, service offerings, and standards to accelerate customer time-to-value with an accent on P&L management and scalable implementation. Focus on designing AI-enabled workflows, driving services revenue, and establishing a world-class delivery practice for global enterprises.

Location: Remote (Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship)

Compensation: $410,000 – $470,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Establish the Professional Services function, including delivery methodology, pricing models, and team structure.
  • Develop scalable service packages for mid-market and high-touch enterprise customer segments.
  • Lead, hire, and develop a high-performing services team with clear career frameworks and enablement.
  • Own the Professional Services P&L, including revenue targets, margins, and services bookings.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions to ensure seamless presales-to-post-sales handoffs.
  • Build a partner services program to enable hirify.global's ecosystem of resellers, distributors, and auditors.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in SaaS Professional Services or consulting.
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership role at a high-growth software or AI company.
  • Proven track record of owning services revenue, including scoping SOWs and pricing engagements.
  • Familiarity with compliance and security frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.
  • Ability to use AI tools to drive team productivity and delivery quality.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.
