What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for complex product surfaces across web and mobile, from problem framing to high-fidelity delivery.
• Design AI-powered experiences for maintenance technicians and facility managers to simplify smarter workflows.
• Develop and contribute to the design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and high craft.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to make complex systems intuitive for frontline users.
• Integrate AI tools into the design process to accelerate work and increase output quality.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms.
• Exceptional visual and interaction design skills, including typography, spacing, layout, and motion.
• Proven experience designing for AI and data-rich environments.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to spot patterns and build for reuse.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence cross-functional peers.
