What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product design experience across multiple operational products.
• Design workflow-heavy interfaces optimized for speed, clarity, and usability.
• Create dashboards and visualization systems that simplify complex operational data.
• Build and evolve a scalable design system and component library.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to understand operational pain points.
• Run usability testing sessions with real users to ground design decisions in feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design.
• Strong portfolio featuring operational systems, enterprise platforms, or data-heavy applications.
• Expert-level proficiency with Figma, including components, auto-layout, and variables.
• Experience designing dashboards, filtering systems, and complex operational workflows.
• English: Strong communication skills required.
• Location: Must be based in Latin America.

Nice to have

• Experience with operational, logistics, industrial, or ERP software.
• Experience designing monitoring or operational intelligence platforms.
• Knowledge of accessibility and operational UX best practices.
• Experience using AI-powered design tools such as Figma AI, v0, Midjourney, or Cursor.
