What you will do

• Review and validate AI-generated test outputs, assessing accuracy and identifying gaps.
• Execute manual test cases and perform targeted exploratory testing on complex workflows and edge cases.
• Own the QA strategy, test planning, and risk assessment for an agile squad.
• Develop and maintain scalable automated tests using Playwright and Page Object Model (POM).
• Utilize AI tools like Claude and GitHub Copilot to accelerate test case generation and debugging.
• Collaborate with development, product, and customer support teams throughout the SDLC.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in QA with both manual and automated testing.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Playwright or other modern automation frameworks.
• Proven ability to create test plans and make risk-based release decisions.
• Proficiency with Jira and test management tools like Xray.
• Experience working in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment.
• Must be located anywhere in the United States

Nice to have

• 4+ years of experience with Playwright.
• Experience testing Salesforce-based applications.
• Background in legal technology or document management products.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Familiarity with AI testing concepts like hallucination detection and confidence scoring.
