What you will do

• Architect and implement robust automation frameworks using tools like Cypress, Playwright, and Selenium.
• Lead complex test planning and execution for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Perform deep-dive analysis on enterprise APIs and system integrations to identify quality risks.
• Drive optimization of test execution strategies and automation coverage within CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and facilitate knowledge sharing across the team.
• Lead defect triage sessions and technical walkthroughs in an Agile environment.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust/Suitability clearance
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related experience
• Strong hands-on experience in manual, functional, and automated testing
• Proficiency with Jira for test planning and reporting
• Experience working in Agile Scrum environments

Nice to have

• Experience with VA systems, enterprise APIs, or Oracle scripting
• Familiarity with FISMA, NIST 800-53, HIPAA, and HITECH requirements
• Subject matter expertise in cloud-based testing approaches using AWS
