Salary: $115,000 – $155,000 USD

What you will do

• Design and execute comprehensive test strategies for Salesforce Government, Service, and Experience Clouds.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, UAT, and end-to-end testing for complex Salesforce solutions.
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and regression suites using Copado.
• Validate API integrations involving MuleSoft, middleware platforms, and external enterprise systems.
• Partner with developers and business analysts to document defects and perform root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements within Government Cloud environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce QA or Quality Engineering in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience supporting Public Sector and Government Cloud Salesforce implementations.
• Strong expertise in building and executing automated test scripts.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, Lightning Experience, and security models.
• Experience utilizing Copado for DevOps and release validation.
• Must reside in one of the specified U.S. states and be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in the cannabis industry.
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Business Analyst, or Platform App Builder).
• Exposure to MuleSoft, Gearset, Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Selenium, or Provar.
• Experience with AI-enabled Salesforce tools including Einstein AI, Agentforce, or GenAI workflows.
