What you will do

• Lead and mentor QA teams of 5+ members, including offshore and vendor coordination.
• Oversee quality delivery for Salesforce-based products (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud).
• Introduce and scale test automation in environments lacking prior automation frameworks.
• Integrate AI tooling into QA processes for test generation, coverage analysis, and maintenance.
• Manage API testing suites and complex CRM integrations with ERP/DMS systems.
• Balance strategic quality planning with hands-on automation coding and validation.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software testing and QA with 2+ years in a lead capacity.
• Proven track record of leading teams of 5+ and managing vendor output.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Apex, Flows).
• Hands-on programming proficiency in Java, TypeScript, or Python.
• Experience with test automation frameworks like Playwright, Selenium, or Rest Assured.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).

Nice to have

• Experience with AI coding assistants like Claude or Copilot in a professional QA context.
• Background in automotive industry projects or CRM integration-heavy environments.
