What you will do
- Lead and mentor QA teams of 5+ members, including offshore and vendor coordination.
- Oversee quality delivery for Salesforce-based products (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud).
- Introduce and scale test automation in environments lacking prior automation frameworks.
- Integrate AI tooling into QA processes for test generation, coverage analysis, and maintenance.
- Manage API testing suites and complex CRM integrations with ERP/DMS systems.
- Balance strategic quality planning with hands-on automation coding and validation.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software testing and QA with 2+ years in a lead capacity.
- Proven track record of leading teams of 5+ and managing vendor output.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Apex, Flows).
- Hands-on programming proficiency in Java, TypeScript, or Python.
- Experience with test automation frameworks like Playwright, Selenium, or Rest Assured.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
Nice to have
- Experience with AI coding assistants like Claude or Copilot in a professional QA context.
- Background in automotive industry projects or CRM integration-heavy environments.
