Software Test Engineer (ERP)

Salary: $108,000 - $127,000 USD

What you will do

• Deploy and maintain test automation tools and implement test scripts.
• Create and execute master test plans, schedules, and release-readiness checkpoints.
• Lead testing across internal teams and vendors, including functional, integration, and UAT support.
• Manage defect triage, prioritization, and escalation to drive timely resolution.
• Implement automated testing processes within the CI/CD pipeline.
• Partner with development managers to review software specifications and controls.

Requirements

• Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis (no visa sponsorship available).
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or application testing, with 2+ years in a test engineer role.
• Experience managing testing for complex, cross-functional applications (ERP experience strongly preferred).
• Proficiency in test and defect management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or Azure DevSecOps.
• Experience with test automation frameworks like Microsoft Playwright or Selenium.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies including Agile and DevOps.
