What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable E2E test automation frameworks using Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools.
• Create lightweight smoke and spot-check suites for pull requests and broader nightly regression suites for functional stability.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to identify high-risk workflows and critical user journeys.
• Perform hands-on exploratory and black-box testing to uncover edge cases and unintended behaviors.
• Contribute to CI/CD testing workflows and help define long-term QA standards and tooling.
• Investigate emerging approaches to AI-assisted testing and intelligent test generation.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of professional experience in QA Engineering, SDET, or quality-focused software engineering.
• Strong experience building and maintaining E2E automation frameworks from the ground up.
• Deep hands-on experience with Cypress, Playwright, or similar browser automation tools.
• Experience testing modern frontend applications and APIs in production environments.
• Strong understanding of exploratory testing and real-world user behavior analysis.
• Must have valid US work authorization (the company does not provide visa sponsorship).
