Manager, AI Outcomes (AI): Lead a team of AI Outcomes Managers driving customer end-user adoption and value realization from hirify.global’s Work AI platform with an accent on training enablement, prompt and agent advisory/building, and business transformation. Focus on developing prescriptive adoption playbooks, engaging executive stakeholders, influencing product roadmap, and measuring ROI through adoption metrics.

Location: Hybrid (3-4 days a week) in our Nashville office

Salary: $230,000-$280,000 OTE annually

What you will do

• Manage employee lifecycle for a team of AI Outcomes Managers to drive customer enablement, advisory/building, and value realization.
• Develop prescriptive adoption playbooks with standard processes, templates, and assets for consistent delivery.
• Engage executive sponsors and stakeholders across priority accounts.
• Partner with Solution Architects, Delivery Excellence Managers, and Support for seamless customer journeys.
• Synthesize field feedback to influence product roadmap and collaborate with Product and R&D on new features.
• Design, implement, and report on team metrics for ROI, adoption, and transformation progress.
• Serve as thought leader on AI outcomes, evangelizing best practices internally and externally.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid (3-4 days a week) in Nashville office
• 4+ years in customer-facing consultative roles (management consulting, customer success, business transformation, product management, solutions consulting) with AI/data/enterprise SaaS company.
• 2+ years leadership experience scaling teams and driving transformation through technology adoption.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication with diverse audiences, and data fluency with adoption/ROI metrics.
• Consultative mindset excited about AI-driven business process rethinking.
• Proven product sense, workshop facilitation, and change management experience.
• Understanding of modern AI (prompting, agent workflows, LLMs) with coaching ability.
