What you will do

  • Lead technical squads in delivering end-to-end services and optimizing agile workflows to eliminate bottlenecks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex service-related issues while ensuring workloads align with business priorities.
  • Collaborate with Delivery Managers to meet customer service priorities and enhance service stability.
  • Manage incident, problem, and change management processes, including performing root cause analysis.
  • Lead interdisciplinary service improvement projects and manage team performance against SLAs and business metrics.
  • Utilize AI-powered insights and data-driven tools to tackle data management challenges and deliver platform management services.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven experience leading technical teams through incident, problem, and change management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical resolution and support.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Industry-recognized certifications in aligned areas such as Public/Private Cloud or Mainframe.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working within an ITIL-driven service organization.
  • Six Sigma, PMP, and/or ITIL certifications.
