What you will do
- Develop market understanding and competitive insights to support product strategy and commercialization.
- Coordinate customer education, training programs, cadaver labs, and events including setup, logistics, and feedback collection.
- Support Voice of Customer initiatives like advisory boards, tech roadshows, and conference demos.
- Assist product launch planning, execution, and field support for sales and surgeons.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, clinical, regulatory, operations, and sales teams.
- Provide on-site event support and technical demonstrations; travel up to 25-30%.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; for non-US degrees, must satisfy 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at hire and throughout employment (no sponsorship).
- Physical ability to lift 25 lbs., bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
Nice to have
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 2–3 years in sales, marketing, or product management (or 1 year with Master’s).
- Spine clinical experience, especially lumbar; knowledge of medical device market.
- Strong technical aptitude and relationship-building skills.
