What you will do
- Lead global portfolio strategy for INVOS and ARGOS platforms, including positioning, pricing, and lifecycle management.
- Develop and communicate compelling value propositions and messaging frameworks for diverse global markets.
- Drive market development strategies to expand adoption and penetrate new clinical segments.
- Own the annual global marketing plan, aligning investments with business priorities and regional opportunities.
- Lead global product launch strategy and execution, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
- Generate actionable market insights and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (required).
- Minimum 10 years of experience with a bachelor's or 8 years with an advanced degree in product management.
- Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization (sponsorship available for this Principal-level role).
- Demonstrated experience in global product marketing within medical devices, healthcare technology, or life sciences.
- Proven track record of leading successful product launches and commercialization strategies.
- Ability to influence without authority within a global, matrixed organization.
Nice to have
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Experience in medical device sales, field marketing, or clinical roles (e.g., hemodynamics nurse).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
