Location: Must be based in the UK with a hybrid working pattern requiring attendance at the Milton Keynes office approximately 2-3 times per month.

Salary: £47,389 – £56,535

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of complex digital products and programs within multi-disciplinary teams.
• Apply agile delivery practices to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and stakeholder expectations.
• Identify and mitigate risks, blockers, and dependencies across various technical teams.
• Communicate delivery progress and outcomes to senior leadership using data-driven insights.
• Provide line management, coaching, and career development support to Delivery Managers and team members.
• Collaborate with product owners and business leads to mobilize resources and ensure delivery excellence.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK and able to attend the Milton Keynes office as required.
• Proven experience in delivery management across the full digital product life cycle using Agile techniques.
• Deep understanding of technical delivery and ability to navigate architectural discussions with engineering teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams delivering specific products or services.
• Ability to support financial planning and monitor delivery spend.

Nice to have

• Experience with various delivery frameworks beyond standard Agile.
• Background in coaching, mentoring, and supplier management.
• Experience in financial management within a project context.
