What you will do

• Champion Agile and Lean best practices, coaching teams and visualizing organizational work.
• Facilitate effective communication across technical and non-technical boundaries to build trust.
• Optimize team flow and build agile capabilities to maintain delivery momentum.
• Lead continual planning processes, from initial product delivery to post-launch support.
• Manage a Business Analyst and a Customer Engineer.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Product Leads to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Agile project management and successful implementation of methodologies.
• Track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery.
• Strong understanding of technology applications, especially within AI/Data Science products.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Nice to have

• Agile certifications such as CSM, TKP, KMP, or KCP.
• Experience working with distributed teams or within the insurance industry.
• Proficiency in German, French, Dutch, or Swedish.
• Prior experience in remote working environments.
