What you will do

• Take ownership of complex software delivery connecting internal platforms and external services.
• Drive the technical roadmap, collaborating with engineers, architects, and stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into technical solutions, user stories, and specifications.
• Manage backlogs, priorities, and dependencies across teams, vendors, and squads.
• Maintain oversight of live production systems, integrations, monitoring, and operational readiness.
• Influence technical direction and ensure solutions are scalable and reliable at scale.

Requirements

• Based in Leeds, West Yorkshire for hybrid work
• Proven experience as Technical Product Manager, Technical Delivery Manager or similar in complex environments
• Strong understanding of APIs and cloud-based platforms (e.g., Azure)
• Hands-on experience working with engineering teams on delivery
• Ability to manage backlogs, priorities, and cross-team dependencies
• Knowledge of production systems, monitoring, and operational readiness
• Strong stakeholder management and influence on technical direction
